We do that by identifying your presenting and past symptoms along with your stressors and risk factors by means of a psychiatric interview and observations. The interview is conducted by one of our board-certified psychiatric providers. Family members are included in the interview as warranted. A thorough biopsychosocial assessment is also conducted. Medical history is taken. The results of the in-depth psychiatric evaluation assist us in coming up with a psychiatric diagnosis.
