Allow yourself to feel a range of emotions.
There is a spectrum of feelings that you may feel throughout this process, like despair, anger, or even exhaustion. All of these are natural, but if you feel stagnant or overtaken by some of these, it could be good to speak with a mental health treatment specialist.
Connect with others.
Surround yourself with your close friends and family. Keep in touch with your support networks, and think about joining a grief support group.
Take care of yourself and your loved ones.
The mourning process may be physically taxing. Apart from looking after your health, make sure you check in on your loved ones to ensure that they are looking after theirs.
